A plein-air painter of landscapes and waterscapes, Karen has always enjoyed the process of painting from nature while exploring the great outdoors. She received a BFA from Paier College of Art in Hamden, CT and studied sculpture from the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts, in Old Lyme, CT.
